This episode of the “Men and Birth” series of the podcast is with Seth Westhead.
Seth is a passionate Father to Rumi and Partner to Genevieve. He is driven by the deep desire to be the best father, partner and man he can be for himself, his family and the community.
For the last 10 years he has been dedicated to self exploration, personal development and embodiment, and describes Fatherhood as being the most powerful catalyst for change along his journey.
With family connections to the Awabakal (AWAH-BA-COOL) and Wiradjuri (WI-RAD-JURY) Nations of NSW, Seth honours his heritage by living his life in alignment with the deep wisdom and values of Indigenous knowledge systems.
Across his life Seth has worked as a youth mentor, health researcher and facilitator.
He now draws on his experience and lifestyle to provide people with the knowledge, tools and practices they need to reconnect with their inner Savage and live empowered, confident and embodied lives!
