Things that matter!

PR Project is a running podcast and long-form YouTube show exploring the culture, performance, and people shaping modern running.
Hosted by runners embedded in the sport, PR Project features real conversations with athletes, founders, coaches, and creatives across road, trail, and endurance running. From marathon training and ultrarunning to brand building, racing, and the evolution of running culture, each episode goes deeper than surface-level content.
Filmed in studio and released twice monthly, the show blends thoughtful dialogue with lived experience, creating space for perspectives that don’t always get heard in traditional running media.
PR Project has hosted live shows at major events including The Running Event, Eugene Marathon, and the Detroit Free Press Marathon, and continues to grow as a platform for meaningful storytelling within the global running community.
Whether you’re training for your next race, building something in the industry, or simply passionate about running, PR Project offers insight, perspective, and conversation that moves the sport forward.
