POU'ER mission is to assist the disenfranchised with receiving a fair and meaningful opportunity to obtain employment , educational advancements, financial improvements, fair housing, daily living skills and directory assistance fron government - local, state and federal. 
We work to eliminate recidivism, crime, and poverty by offering positive direction and alternatives to recidivism, criminal thinking and non-productive behavior..
