The modern Olympics have been taking place since 1896.  In the 122 years since those first games, several different events have been tried in both the summer and winter games, some of which were so weird or at least impractical that they have since been slashed from the games forever.  In this SHORT CUT episode we take a look back at some of the most ridiculous events that were tried in Olympic history.  Not surprisingly, we also learned a few things along the way.  Check out this fun, SHORT CUT episode.
