Student Leader Norma Elias is an eager, passionate, and optimistic SMU transfer student from Chihuahua, Mexico, who has nailed her dream internship. She shares how she worked up to get an internship with Bain and Company. Not only does Norma get her dream internship, but she has always been a go-getter.
