In many professional sport there is always people behind the athlete. They don’t get any praise for the sacrifice that they make, they don’t ask for a handout. They just get on with it because they understand the implications if they don’t do it. In the world where it’s easy to be caught in the whirlwind of constant media attention and high paying salaries its easy to lose sight of the journey before.
