Stephen Wood is the VP of Compliance and Risk Management for
Cultivate Behavior Health and Education. Stephen joined Cultivate following the
acquisition of his program ABC in 2019. He discusses his entry into the field, the
driving forces that led him to acquisition, his observations of the field and
the value of community while working within the ABA community.
