The Peter Boyles Show August 29, 2026 HOUR 2: Peter Boyles digs into the Colorado governor’s race with longtime Republican strategist Dick Wadhams, focusing on Victor Marx, Greg Lopez and Phil Weiser—and the growing debate over whether Republicans should support Marx, vote for Lopez as a repudiation of the GOP nominee, or turn to a Libertarian candidate.

The conversation then turns sharply to privacy and surveillance, with callers weighing in on Flock cameras, Halo cameras, automated license-plate readers, facial recognition, data collection, smartphones and health-tracking devices, the Fourth Amendment, the Patriot Act, Palantir and the idea that technology designed for security can also be used against innocent people.
