Hello everyone and welcome to another episode from The Performance Psychcast. We are very fortunate to be speaking with Dr Mike Rennie (FBPsS, FICPEM, FISRM, MSyI, MInSTR). Mike is a consulting military psychologist and lecturer at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. He is skilled in Crisis Management, Negotiation, Intelligence Analysis, Coaching, and Government. Recently he acted as an advisor on the BBC TV programme Secret Agent Selection: WW2. This is a fantastic conversation about the psychological support that happens in the army and the pressures that soldiers face.
