In the latter part of the 1900s, we were succeeding in building a more cohesive accepting society with many policies and laws which seemed to have growing support. What's been different since 2000? As diversity in Canada, the US and many other countries increase and as the voices of human rights grow louder, is there an increasing push back, a backlash, a "whitelash"?
