Today, we will be talking about a relatively new method of problem-solving: Design Thinking. Matt Aldous, the current headmaster of Redfield College, has 20 years of experience in education, the last 10 of which were spent in educational leadership. Matt recently completed a course on Design Thinking, with the Design Thinking Academy of Australia and New Zealand. Today he talks about why this approach of learning is so effective.
