In this episode we interview Dr. Robin Choong about how to understand the teenage brain. Dr. Choong is an intensive care physician and is also trained as a pediatrician. He works across multiple hospitals in Sydney, Australia.

Dr. Choong explains the brain's development, and how it explains a teenager's tendency to be more impulsive. In listening to this episode you will also understand the role of the brains 3 neurotransmitters (dopamine, oxytocin, and serotonin), and why understanding how habits are formed is so important in the process.
