In today's episode, we celebrate the Olympic Games and talk with Paralympic Gold Medalist, Liesl Tesch, about how the Olympics has brought our country together during a trying time.

Liesl is not only a former Olympian, but is also a former school high school teacher (even teaching our host Nathan!) who speaks enthusiastically about the motivation children and adults can find in Olympic champions like those we have cheered on for the past two weeks, and those to come in the 2021 Paralympic Games.

Liesl explains in this episode the importance of physical activities for our mental health, and also why sport is so important for uniting families, teachers, and students.

Listen on to find out more about the journey of an Olympian, teacher, and political leader
