In this episode, I'll be telling you about some new emerging information about a little known group of compounds that hands down will probably be the future of medicine, easily making brain fog a thing of the past.
Tune in and keep an open mind because a lot of this stuff is new, but I'm cautious to be an early adopter as I adopt them personally before I test them out on clients. For the past year, I have been using it on myself (and a few close medical practioner friends) in an experimentation mode. I really believe these compounds will help people feel better and have a better quality of life outside of just simply doing diet modification, lifestyle modification, and hormone replacement therapy, but I want to make sure I have some personal experience with them since the data available for other studies is somewhat limited.
