Adrian is a full-time real estate investor who currently controls over $8.8million in Multifamily assets. He is the founder of Optimum Buyers, from 2014 to 2017 has closed and funded 60+ single family deals and from 2017 to current, has closed and funded 150+ multifamily units. Primarily focusing on acquiring mismanaged, value add, off market properties in emerging markets for his holdings company.  Adrian is also the Co-Founder of Homely Escape, which is a short-term rental company.
