The One Take Show is honoured to host Mr Nandan Kamath. Mr Kamath is the Principal Lawyer at LawNK, based in Bangalore, India. His practice specialises in sports, technology and media laws, with clients ranging from international and national sports federations to leagues, teams, sponsors and athletes.  Mr. Kamath graduated with a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from the National Law School of India University, B.C.L. and M.Sc. degrees from the University of Oxford (on a Rhodes Scholarship) and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School.  He acts as Managing Trustee of GoSports Foundation, a non-profit that provides scholarships and support to junior Indian athletes. He is also the co-founder of Sports and Society Accelerator.

Aradhya Sethia is a PhD Candidate and Cambridge International Scholar at the University of Cambridge, where he is studying the role and regulation of political parties and party systems in modern constitutional states. Aradhya is a supervisor in constitutional law and Human Rights Law at Cambridge and an Executive Director of the Cambridge Pro Bono Project. He has previously taught at the National Law School of India University, Bangalore.  Before joining Cambridge, Aradhya was a Bonavero Institute Summer Fellow at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law and read for MPhil at the University of Oxford. In 2018, Aradhya completed LL.M. at Yale Law School as an Inlaks Scholar served as a resident fellow at Yale Information Society Project, an articles editor of the Yale Journal of International Law, and a member of the Lowenstein International Human Rights Project. Subsequently, he was a visiting scholar and Yale Fox International Fellow at the Centre for Comparative Constitutional Studies, Melbourne Law School. He received the 2019 Indian Law Review Best Article Prize for his article 'Where's the Party?: Towards a Constitutional Biography of Political Parties'.  He has previously assisted Justice D.Y. Chandrachud (the Supreme Court of India), Justice S. Ravindra Bhat (High Court of Delhi), and the Attorney General for India. He has also assisted with the drafting of the Law Commission of India reports on electoral reforms. He received his BA LLB from the National Law School of India University, India (NLSIU) as the Best Outgoing Student (2017), and won three gold medals including H.M. Seervai Medal in Constitutional Law. Sir currently represents the Republic of India in a number of investment treaty arbitrations in my role as Counsel at P&A Law Offices and advise the Ministry of Commerce & Industry on Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) policy issues. Sir received his law degree from the National University of Advanced Legal Studies and obtained a post-graduate diploma in International Law & Diplomacy from the Indian Society of International Law.

Sir is the Founder and Managing Partner at Ikigai Law, an award-winning law firm specialising in hi-technology and emerging technology businesses. Sir works with agile, innovation-led businesses. Sir's legal practice encompassing VC investments, tech law and policy advisory has a special focus on growth-stage startups and deep-tech businesses. From setting up one of India's first cryptocurrency exchanges to advising on a spacecraft launch contract with ISRO for the launch of a lunar lander on the PSLV, Sir has represented tech companies on a wide range of issues. More recently, Sir's team represented leading crypto exchanges before the Supreme Court in their successful challenge to the RBIs crypto-ban. The Economic Times recently named Sir a “pioneer” in pushing through the drone regulations in India. Sir is also the visiting faculty at NLU-Delhi and IIM-Indore. Sir has authored a book on Cyber Laws published by the international publisher, Lexis Nexis, and mentor start-ups from time to time. The One Take Show is honoured to host Ms. Debolina Saha Narayanan. Ma'am is a dual qualified senior international capital markets lawyer, is the Internship Bank's founder. She's an NUJS graduate. She has previously worked for (among others) Dorsey and Whitney (Hong Kong), Allen & Overy (Hong Kong), Ashurst (London) and Amarchand Mangaldas (India). A first-generation lawyer herself, she also knows just how much an organization like the Internship Bank would have meant to her during her professional journey. An avid traveller, animal lover and cooking and reading enthusiast, she has always been close to social issues. She previously volunteered at the Blind Relief Association, New Delhi and has been and continues to be invited as a guest lecturer to various Indian law schools and to judge international student competitions.
