Those whom The Off Ramp serves are more vulnerable and many of them have now suffered crisis upon crisis—a medical emergency, children without access to food or education, lost jobs, and more. It was when their friend Haydar told them of his wife's leukemia diagnosis that they decided The Off Ramp needed to extend their crisis intervention services and create an emergency relief fund.
