It was beautiful to welcome Max to the podcast in a Cross-Over episode with Naked Reality and The Dad AF Podcast. We talked all things Dad and shared a lot about our own personal experiences of Fatherhood as well as some of the battles we have had with Mental Health through out life as well as during the first steps into Fatherhood. Max runs a program called "The Dad As F&lt;3k Project" and does some wonderful things with Dads around the world to help support them through their journeys of being Dadmanship!

Sonz of Gaia is an organisation that started in late 2022 aimed and to support men in their walk through life. We are about masculine connection, embodiment and grounded growth. We utilize the power of ceremony, rituals, and sacred spaces to give men the opportunity to step into themselves and add to the brotherhood of grounded and humble men. We connect through the ways of our ancestors that used the earth to navigate their way through life.

We talk to all people from all walks of life about the Naked Reality that is life.

Started in 2019 by Joey O'Dell (Instagram: @joeypeacefulwarrior) the podcast talks to everyday people about their battles with mental health, their lives and situations that may help others out there suffering from similar situations. The lack of real conversations about mental health is a dilemma that leaves people suffering, thinking they are all alone, with no way out. 
Naked Reality aims to break this dilemma and give listeners out there a way to feel there is a way out of the darkness. 
Naked Reality started out under a different name, but due to the out there title, we decided to change it to help spread the message even further.
