Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, one of the most controversial topics in our country today, and I may have gotten myself right in the middle of it! On this episode, we talk about the hidden cost of freedom and the need to get involved at the local level while we take a look at the Thompson School District's Educational Equity Framework. We also discuss some initial thoughts on the practical application of diversity, inclusion, and equity.
