After a long journey of healing from physical and emotional trauma, Chana dedicated her efforts to helping others not just heal, but thrive. Chana is a Vitality Coach who works with people in clarifying an exciting vision for their lives, shifting the limiting beliefs getting in their way, creating a plan of action for manifesting their dreams, and teaching them the tools to get there. Chana has two books that have already helped thousands of people move in that direction. Her newest book, Hold That Thought, is now required reading for all of her clients and has super-charged their learning and progress. Each of its twenty-two chapters introduces a tool for gathering, questioning, or learning from stressful thoughts with a playful cartoon and a dialogue that illustrates how she uses the tool with her clients. The book is light, fun-to-read, and pulls from The Work, The Option Process, Stephen Covey, NLP, and guided meditations to support the reader's quest for clarity. Her second book is totally different. It's a personal growth novel that's been compared to The Way of the Peaceful Warrior, The Karate Kid, and Dead Poets Society. Written with her husband, Dave, The Size of Your Dreams teaches core life skills such as how to create and manifest goals, develop resilience and self-esteem, and work together for a common purpose. It does this while following the lives of four high school seniors whose teacher mentors them to seek more from their lives. The book pulls from Napoleon Hill, Louise Hay, and life wisdom they've gleaned over years of diving deep into personal growth and mentoring young people. Chana would love to send you free digital copies of Hold That Thought and The Size of Your Dreams in the format of your choice: PDF, Epub, or Kindle. It's Chana's sincere wish that you all glean insights, feel supported in your journeys, and offer feedback on how we can make the books even better.
