Audrey is a German American world travelling storyteller who's passionate about personal growth, gender equality, and spilling more love into the world. Having studied business, she's worked in corporate and tech startups all over the world, but always struggled to find her place as a highly sensitive and empathic person. She's now running her own location independent business  from her laptop writing and teaching women around the world how to practice self-love, develop unshakeable confidence and find more freedom. As a recovering people-pleaser she still struggles to fill her own cup first sometimes - but when it is, it's never half empty, always half full!
