Tensions rise... we have issues that may or may not get settled

Walk the walk..not just talk!

Are you obsessed with everything running? We are too! We'll discuss our journeys leading up to big races and much, much more. We will bring to light some of the everyday pitfalls we run into (pun intended, I think) as runners in addition to some of the things we've learned along the way. We hope to entertain you during your long runs, workouts and easy paced days.
