The building of this matrix is fundamental to embodying the soul and anchoring in the very powerful light energies that are coming in at present. This meditation should be listened to as a starting point if you are new to meditation. It explains my beliefs of what meditation entails and where you need to be focusing your attention. It is also an introductory session to the concept of coherent breathing which I use in all of my meditations. Although I use words to pass on my message of healing and transformation, it is often the energy I am channeling during the recording, which is of most benefit. This meditation connects with Mother Earth to allow you to offer healing to your physical body, but know that in listening to it, you are indeed receiving an energetic transmission direct from her heart centre. This meditation uses the heart energy field of your physical body and that of the earth's heart energy to create a healing field. I offer a guided meditation to assist in your connection to your higher mind and that of the energy field around you.
