Blood Orange Marmalade and Earl Grey Sours by Mr. Consistent
What You Need:
- Mr. Consistent Sours Mix
- Mr. Consistent Dried Oranges
- Mr. Consistent Essentials Shaker
- Beerenburg Blood Orange Marmalade
- Earl Grey Tea Bags
- Gin
- White Sugar
- Boiling Water
- Ice
Method:
1: Create: Earl Grey Syrup
- Empty 3 x tea bags into a mason jar.
- Pour in 1x cup Boiling Water & 1x cup White Sugar, stir through.
- Strain into a spare jug
2: Shake
- 75ml Mr Consistent Sours Mix
- 1x Tbs Beerenburg Blood Orange Marmalade
- 20ml Earl Grey Syrup
- 45ml Gin
- Add Ice and shake vigorously
3: Serve
- Double strain into cocktail glass
- Garnish with Mr. Consistent Dried Oranges
