Dr. Crisfield shares valuable insights from the research on supporting multilingualism and also helps us to dispel some of the myths around bilingual children. This episode is full of vitally important nuggets of important for all educators, not just language acquisition teachers. A core message is the takeaway that we must all ensure we do everything we can to support and celebrate the entire linguistic repertoire of our learners and not force them to leave those home languages at the door. This is a must listen for all teachers.
