Welcome to the Monday Mindset Podcast! Every Monday I discuss a particular topic in regards to being a healthy, positive and self motivating student. By engaging your mind into learning new perspectives and outlooks that help guide you into becoming the best version of yourself.

 I will also discuss how important it is to be consistent with your responsibilities. Why it’s important to “trust the process” when it comes to following through with challenges and goals. I will also discuss various aspects of attachment that are healthy and unhealthy. How important it is to have a vision when planning for long term and short term future life goals. 

As I always say, “mindfulness is key in the art of living”. And in this podcast I hope to share with you the various keys I use to unlock the aspects of life we all face and struggle with each day.  Let’s start each week with the right mindset!
