The life that we live in  our personal universe culminates in actions upon the world. As I’ve gotten older I begin to realize how small the world truly is, how vast our personal universes influence is upon this world. Each action, word and decision have consequences. Positive and negative, both of which take room within the personal universe and potentially outgrow reaching the world.

Welcome to the Monday Mindset Podcast! Every Monday I discuss a particular topic in regards to being a healthy, positive and self motivating student. By engaging your mind into learning new perspectives and outlooks that help guide you into becoming the best version of yourself.

 I will also discuss how important it is to be consistent with your responsibilities. Why it’s important to “trust the process” when it comes to following through with challenges and goals. I will also discuss various aspects of attachment that are healthy and unhealthy. How important it is to have a vision when planning for long term and short term future life goals.
