In this episode of the Monday mindset I would like to do a light introduction into the various philosophical and religious systems presented by Dr. Leo. By no means am I an expert and Dr. Leo clearly states that these are just light introductions into the understanding of these systems. And I share my thoughts on various aspects of each philosophical and religious belief.
