Junk, carbs, more junk. It's hard to get our kids to eat right. Do we offer one meal? Do we make more than one? Do we not offer snack? What should we or shouldn't we do when it comes to our children's eating habits. Dr. Katharine Jeffcoat, based in Oregon, talks with us about getting our kids on the right track. She offers examples, a picky eater course and a special Facebook group aimed at helping parents make the best decisions when it comes to our children's nutrition.

National sports are making their way back on to TV! How exciting right? Well we want our kids to get back out there too! We all want what is best for our kids. Maintaining a balance between safety and good mental and physical health can be challenging. Young athletes miss being out on the field, miss the competition and certainly miss socializing with their teammates. This week talked with Autumn Moricz about getting our kids back out there. She is with National Flag Football and they are making the health and safety of the athletes, staff, and volunteers its’ highest priority.
