The Alexander is an amazing tool that brings mind and body together, allowing  spirit to become more aligned.  

Gary Ramsey is trained in, taught, and has practiced the Alexander Technique for over 20 years.

Once we have mastered this amazingly simple, but highly effective technique, we will be able to get through any situation no matter how difficult, or even horrific, with equanimity.  Personally, after practicing it for only a short time, I found it to be highly affective for both mental and physical healing, and it is so easy to apply. I truly wish that I had discovered it 20 years ago.
