The 1st thought that crosses our minds when we think of the word Courage is a soldier in a battlefield fighting the enemies or a person facing a Lion. A brave person fighting for his/her survival against all odds is a story that we've been told about Courage.
In real life, however, we don't use the word Courage very often & even when it's used it represents Strength, Bravery & Success.
In this episode, I share the real secret behind Courage which is actually opposite of Strength that is Vulnerability. I explain what Courage actually looks like in our day to day lives & it's absolutely different from what we've been told is Courage.
Courage is not: Hiding your pain, pretending everything is under control, Faking that you're absolutely certain of what is happening in your life, having everything figured out.
Courage actually is showing your vulnerabilities & your weaknesses and accepting when you're Uncertain but still taking action without fearing the outcome.
It is not about succeeding all the time or not making any mistakes or being perfect it's actually going through uncertainty & getting comfortable with yourself for everything you are & everything you've done. It's taking action without having fear of making mistakes. It's taking action even though you feel imperfect. It's being OK with Failing & Expressing yourself.
