In this era, we hardly pay any attention while we eat. We often use eating as a multi-task (Working & eating, watching tv & eating, talking & eating). We sometimes even skip eating food if there's something urgent in the external world. It would be an understatement to say that our relationship with food is taken for granted.

In this episode, I share with you how to develop the right relationship with food & get into the habit of mindful eating to enhance our mind, body & lives.
