Matt Smith is a long time friend. And in that time, I've been constantly amazed at the way he carries himself with such courage, candor, and confidence.  

So it was great (and comforting!) to hear that these attributes are not just some god given gift, but simply the result of intentional thoughts and actions, ones he freely shares with us this week!
