We are excited to start from the very top with Dumitrache Martinez, our first guest –and mentor–.  

Dumi has had an extraordinary career in the CPG industry and currently is the Global Finance Head for KIND International.  

We spoke with him about what being a mentor means to him, how mentor/mentee relationships have to evolve through time. Assorted topics are approached candidly with him, such as day-to-day coaching, reverse mentoring, and foster mentorship.
