In this episode Kristi and Kjersti interview Amy Shull, LPC & LMFT about the role of mentorship.  Amy Shull was a supervisor and mentor to both Kjersti and Kristi during their training years as young therapists.  Amy now has a private practice based in Fort Collins, Colorado.  Amy discusses the difference between therapy and mentorship and how the two are interlaced.  She discusses key qualities to look for in a mentor, and the responsibilities of the mentee.  Amy draws from her personal and professional experiences and expertise.
