They discuss their varied histories with employment and share the deep, dark secrets about their unemployment. Matt also proceeds to flaunt his successful unemployment (usually oxymoronic, but Matt's not counting) in front of Josh. They also share their dreams about dream jobs and the likelihood of obtaining them.
