A former Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, Dominic also directed the Muslim-Christian Dialogue Center at the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota. He is currently a founder and managing director of "Flourishing Gays," a leadership development company from an LGBTQ+ perspective.
