With the crime rate in Gotham at an all time low, the city is finally at peace. The city has just started one of their biggest projects, which is the creation of the ACE chemical building, in order to keep citizens of Gotham safe from harmful chemicals. GCNR (Gotham City National Radio) has an exclusive interview with one of the leading engineers of the project. At the same time, many people are gathering around the central bank in order to celebrate the public holiday. This all seems like the perfect time for an interruption.
