Daniel Fernandes is a Certified High-Performance Coach and experienced Facilitator in diverse environments and has co-founded multiple businesses. His facilitation work includes cultural change workshops with General Motors executives in the USA and coaching workshops for entrepreneurs across North and South America, and also virtual training and coaching events for coaches and other professionals.
Daniel brings over 15 years of international leadership experience, including executive and leadership coaching, speaking and workshop facilitation, company culture change, and management of IT Operations and Launches for $100M+ manufacturing plants for General Motors. He has advised or coached entrepreneurs, business owners, real estate brokers and investors, start-up founders, executives and many other professionals.
Daniel has studied business at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business, focusing on Leadership & Management, Organizational Psychology and High Performance Teams. His coaching qualifications include being a Certified High Performance Coach, a Certified Next Level Coach, and a Certified Rapid Results Coach, with an expansive range of tools at his disposal.
