We live in a world where being authentic and transparent is offensive. Apparently outside of the actual truth, everyone have their own "truths." However, you can't lie to yourself. Getting raw with yourself is an essential step to self awareness. Self awareness leads to acceptance. Acceptance then leads to the opportunity for the decision of change.
