The kind of dream you have determines the kind of team you build and as individuals, the kind of dream an individual has determines the team he fits in.

I believe individuals must be driven independently and the drive they have as individuals fires up when they come together to form a team.

Dream simply means goals, aspirations, expectations and desires.  It spells out the capacity you look for, the character you except and the drive you place on the people.
