Today we have a science communication piece 'Epilepsy and Barriers to Sport' by Katrina McGougan and Ally Lloyd (she/her). Katrina shares with us her research of sport participation and those who have epilepsy. Katrina offers many insights into how physical and social spaces within sport may impact an epileptic person. Ally shares with us her lived experience of doing gymnastics while being diagnosed with epilepsy at 17.
