The cabin didn’t move forward this week—and not for any of the reasons you’d expect.

A simple mistake stalled the build, which turned into one of those weeks where you realize how fragile progress actually is.

At the same time, I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in years… which shouldn’t be rare, but somehow is.

And then there’s the bigger question:

We’re spending billions to go back to the moon.

Why?
