We have had a number of people who have renewed for The Freedom Experience, upgraded into Freedom Founders and left after they've been with us for 12 months. And there is nothing that I love more than seeing the first-day video because we always invite people to do a video on the first day and then their journey over the following 12 months.There was one person who left a video of the other day that really, really struck me.
