The Light Room

Hi lovers!! Long time no speak. I've been sitting in some beautiful but dense healing energy lately. There was a big shift that I've been mediating on and there is one thing that kept coming up in my sessions. Here I talk about the biggest reflection of  joy and love in my life currently but the story I tell speaks on how it wasn't so kind getting here. It is a long one so sit tight, grab a candle, maybe do some laundry or go for a nice walk. Glad to be back speaking Spirit with you. I love you guys.xoxo 

A tender episode. I got into an energy of sharing and releasing love to my friends and family and realized this was the love I wanted to share with the world. I hope this finds you in peace and I pray you find peace within your own spirit. The energies have been heavy lately so release what you can, if you can. HI WELCOME to my first ever podcast. The first of many. I was super called to connect on here to kinda share my story and what I know and what I learn as my soul and I (Alyssa) take on this journey and walk this path AND hopefully have others accompany me.
