Been meaning to write this review for a while! This is by far my favorite dental podcast to listen to. Justin, Steve and Derek do a great job with content and I love that they keep the podcast ad free even though they could probably make some money doing ads on the podcast. This is a must listen to podcast for dentists!

As a 30 year dentist w a very successful practice, I find this podcast and the info presented invaluable for dentists at any stage of their career. Justin is right on the money and all dentists, especially those in the beginning and middle of their careers would do well to listen, soak it up and implement his ideas and advice. Great job guys!

This podcast has helped me get through a crazy first year of dentistry and ownership. Purchasing a practice in the middle of a pandemic was scary and hard. Not to mention struggling with a staff member in the beginning and ultimately knowing what I had to do because of your podcasts. Then having to deal with a pipe bursting in my attic and caving the ceiling down on all 3 treatment rooms. I’m still in the remodeling phase (almost done), but in a temporary location I have been able to add a 4th chair and increase production from $550,000 combined with seller doc in 2020 to already collecting over $700,000 so far in 2021 and on pace for somewhere between $1.1 and 1.2M. While I haven’t quite been able to read enough to enjoy the lifestyle part yet, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and look forward to when that day arrives in the very near future. The fact that you go in to so much detail on your podcasts is awesome, plus I did TLP academy 2.0 and that has been a great asset as well. So thank you guys for a great podcast and maybe one day I’ll work one on one with one of you and transform the practice to even greater heights! I recommend this podcast to any aspiring or current owner doc that wants a great lifestyle.

Whether you own your own practice, in an associate or even in a corporate setup you can learn some pearls from these podcasts. I particularly like the emphasis on owning your leadership qualities. I’ve always believed that, all excuses aside, it’s the doctor who will make the difference whether the practice succeeds or struggles (Law of the lid). I love these mindset driven podcasts. The drs have great advice, and are “boots on the ground” dentists who have been in the battle. I wish I found their content when I first opened my startup 7 years ago. Who knows where I would be now? Hope to connect with them at some point!

The TLP podcast is the best podcast on detistry out there. I have listened to many other dental podcasts before and TLP is simply much better quality. I have listened to almost every episode from TLP and I have listened to many of them multiple times. They have quality content put out on a weekly basis instead of a daily show that is 95% fluff. They have a strong mission to teach people that you can practice dentistry on your own terms that allows you to live your best life. Each of the three hosts have had different paths and styles of practicing, but share the common goal of being a successful leader, business owner, and dentist. They have the philosophy of hard work done in a stratigic way will make you successful and fulfiled in your career and life. I recommend this podcast to anyone in dental school or in practice to listen to these three winners to maximize your dental career.

Just like Ali, this is word for word the best podcast out there. The TLP crew is truly top notch. Business, life, clinical, bad jokes, they’ve got it all. Seriously, this is my number one podcast, I eat up every bit of content they put out and intend on being a client when my time with the Navy is over in a year. Every episodes is filled with tons of gems to get your practice to that next level. They not only inspire you to be better dental business owners, but also bettering yourself. I'm still in the process of finding a dental office to acquire, but when I do I will certainly be hiring these guys to help me hit the ground running.

Give it a listen! Worth your time

Most people in our field are constantly talking about how the ‘golden age is over’ and how dentistry is getting so challenging. And even though it’s all of those things and more, this podcast teaches you how to be relentless. And I love that. It also provides real practical tips you can use on Monday.
