When contemplating my thoughts and life, how I choose to look at things and about what to "frame" as important, I endeavour to uphold the truth found in Phil 4:8 - "...Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honourable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise."
