<p>The <a href="https://www.njstatelib.org/services_for_libraries/new-jersey-library-construction-bond-act/">New Jersey Library Construction Bond Act</a>passed both the Assembly and the Senate unanimously on November 16, 2020. It was then signed by the Governor on November 20, 2020.</p>
