Cullen was one of the first fifty people to float at Levity and one of the most unique humans you can meet. Extremely knowledgable, skilled, and kind - Cullen radiates an unreplicable frequency. He's worked out of many offices to provide services to people over the years. With a strong following, he's always wanted to have his own spot and a place he could call his own.

Working alongside Olde Towne Overhaul, an organization with a mission to overhaul and revitalize downtown New Kensington, Cullen found the perfect community and fit for BW412.
