Ever wonder what happens to that cute little baby alligator flushed down the toilet? Well, in 1980, Hollywood answered that question with a 36-foot-long, hormone-fueled nightmare machine!
On this episode we’re diving headfirst into the sewers of Chicago to discuss the absolute cult classic creature feature Alligator starring the legendary Robert Forster this movie has everything: a giant reptile crashing a high-society garden party Death rolling anyone in his way, a cynical cop with a receding hairline (that they mention multiple times), and some of the most glorious miniature-set destruction of the 80s and so much more incredible practical effects.
Is it a masterpiece of ecological horror or just pure B-movie bliss? (Spoiler: It’s both).
Grab your flashlights as we head to the sewers and things are about to get messy and if you’re lucky you might just get tail whipped by a massive Alligator
